Join us for 12 weeks of on-the-ground, discovery of the mental battles behind horseback riding accidents, because sometimes, tough love isn't enough to get back into that saddle.

You'll get the chance to process your own accident, help others process theirs, connect with resources to help you reconnect to the reason you started riding in the first place, and do it all with a coaching team that's been there and done that.

Connect with others who are tired of spraying weeds and want to get down and dirty, pulling them up by the roots.

Discover the link between chronic illness and trauma in a space where "It's just anxiety" isn't a dismissal but rather an indication that you might be on the path to finding the ROOT cause.

You'll learn how to differentiate between the mental and physical battles you're fighting, how to advocate for your care and connect with others who are walking a similar path, alongside a coach who almost didn't survive the healthcare system herself.
